Training and Placement
Our institutes focus is to make our students employable. To make this happen we have implemented various value added courses. The students get text book knowledge in their classroom, through books or other training materials in College program, or on the job. They get good Percentage of marks. But to make ready for employment they need something more.
Our college always strives to provide that something more to our students. The training beings in the first year of degree college and continues till the final year. The programs in the first year focus on self development and communication skills. In the second year the focus moves on to technical skill development. The final year focuses on the student making a successful transition from college to corporate life.
With the changing educational trends, versatility in educational courses, availability of masses of qualified personnel, the competition for job acquisition and job sustainability is becoming more and more tough. To get an edge over the competitors, students are left with no choice but to add values to their skills to exhibit their true potential.
From the expertise, our students gain knowledge through the value added programmes, which will enable them to face the formidable challenges of the future.
Objectives:
The Placement cell serves to assist the student to explore the opportunities provided by a prospective employer. It helps students to plan their career by providing information and guiding them about the companies for placement. The Placement record of the college is a proof of the confidence shown by the industry/corporate in our students. We extend our sincere thanks to the Indian Corporate World for showing this trust in our students.
