The Institutional magazine committee is formed with the following members, comprising of faculty staff and students to look into the report related to preparation and publishing of the magazine (PHARMA DARPAN) for the academic year 2021-222.

Agenda :

  • Plan for publishing the institutional magazine for the academic year 2019-20.
  • To form committee to cover all the collect function event with photograph and articles
  • Assignments of the duty for the members.
  • Dividing the Events in 4 Activities.
  • Webinar report should be included in the magazine

  • Once in a year or as when required.

Minutes of the Meeting :

  • Meeting of the institutional magazine committee held on 23rd August 2021 at 11:30 AM in the principal chamber.

  • It was decided to Publish Institute magazine for the academic year 2021-22.

  • Maintating close association with Training and Placement cell for gathering information regarding the list of companies visited for campus recruitment during the academic year.

  • Principal Dr. Dama G.Y sir informed to all committee members to encourage students for making them to involve in various activity/events conducted.

  • To gather information regarding various sports meets conducted with inside/outside the college and achievement of student s from our institute in different events and publishing the same in the magazine.

  • Principal sir also informed to all committee members to gather information about major contribution / achievement of the faculty and publishing the same in the magazine.

  • All the collected information, Photograph have to scrutinized for ensuring quality.

  • All committee member has to select 03 student representative for the institute magazine.

  • All articles have to scrutinized by Editor and Member Secretary of the Magazine.

  • To gather information regarding various webinar details with all photographs.
